A sentimental Christmas Season.
This year George and I celebrate 30 Christmas’s together. We were engaged in the year of 1991 and he was excited to put gifts under my tree… and I was excited to open them.
1991 | 1992 | 1993 |
In 1993 we welcome Geordan into our life and every Christmas thereafter we have celebrated the greatest gift…
1994 | 1995 | 1996 |
…family.
1997 | 1998 | 1999 |
To me Christmas is about Hope and the opportunity to reflect on the Christ consciousness of all humanity.
2000 | 2001 | 2002 |
Like many families we experience challenges and Christmas to me is that special reminder that together we can develop patience, compassion and overcome the obstacles of growth; Christmas allows for gift to pause and enjoy the journey.
2003 | 2004 | 2005 |
Christmas allows us to dream again. To play Christmas songs and movies, and eat holiday goodies… enough to fill us with the Christmas spirit through the year.
2006 | 2007 | 2008 |
We’ve had very tall trees and very small trees…
… and even through the tough times we have been fortunate and grateful to have each other and witness this magnificent expression of the Spirit of Life as it moves in each one of us.
2013 was a hard Christmas… my father had passed away just before Thanksgiving.
We heal, we grow, and we continue the Christmas tradition for- family. While opening gifts on Christmas day is exciting it never replaces the sweet sounds of family coming together.
In these Christmas traditions we find strength, love, and hope.
Merry Christmas
