My all time favorite exercise guru is Jack Lalanne who has been referred to as “the godfather of fitness.”
I remember when I was a pre-teen I would wake up to seeing my mom in front of the t.v. exercising with Jack Lalanne. What a wholesome guy. Simple, fresh and to this day looking back at his videos… still inspiring. My dad genetically a svelte man, but it is my mom who I thank for teaching me through her example the importance of a fit body.
No matter the predisposition of our genetic body, it is important to incorporate some type of workout into our lifestyle. Who ever said there are shortcuts in life must have been high…a healthy body, healthy mind and healthy soul takes work. Concepts of discipline are not just intended for financial success; those same concepts of adapting daily disciplines apply to all aspects of our life.. even our attitude about food and exercise.
Visit Jack’s page and you will see the ‘Magic 5 Workout’, no gym, no heavy equipment… just pure determination and discipline can make a whole lot of difference in your life… and it’s all up to you.

Wait a minute??? My online-friend http://360.yahoo.com/ruggierilori said the YouTube widgets weren’t working on YaHell-360 because YouTube Dot Com itself was undergoing maintenance, but that YouTube widget is actually showing up on my monitor-screen instead of a big white square . . . Is said maintenance complete? Or was some kind of misinformation circulated somehow?
I wonder if http://360.yahoo.com/kimmiescookingblog would like http://www.jacklalanne.com/recipes.htm I haven’t even heard from http://360.yahoo.com/kimmiescookingblog in a while, though . . .
