30 day trial

Give trials a try. Trying new things can be challenging and changing a lifestyle can be daunting. I find that the 30 day trial plan is a gentle way towards change.

How I got myself back to meditating… I decided to do a 30 day trial and after 30 days in a row how could I not do day 31 to forth and set a new record? …and can you imagine giving up after 250 days?

No way!

After the initial month to establish the habit, the rest of the year took care of itself.

Would you like to know how get started on this 30-day method ? (If you are looking for change then read on)

If you are trying to establish a new habit, for me…this is the best method to use. It may be a little more challenging when trying to starta habit that only occurs 3-4 days per week. However, it can work well if you apply it daily for the first 30 days and then cut back there after.

If you are an entrepreneur, could you imagine the kind of success you would have if you made an extra 25 calls? Or went on one extra appointment? Hosted one extra event a month? Attended one more networking event a week?

I learned this method out of need back when I was a Realtor. I decided that if I could develop a habit of making phone calls to 25 new potential prospects I would increase my productivity and ofcourse my bottom line. In my first year I went on to become Keyes Company Rookie Realtor of the year.

So, applying this method you can generalize this habit to any kind of marketing work or personal endeavor you wish to improve on. Such as:

-Write a new blog entry every day.
-Read for an hour a day on a subject that interests you.
-Meditate every day.
-Go for a long walk every day.

Another thing that helped me was not to think beyond the 30 days… just think about the benefits that you will gain from those 30 days alone. You can re-assess after the trail period. You’re certain to grow just from the experience even if it’s temporary.

The power of this approach lies in its simplicity. To your success!
