A few years ago I drove down to Homestead area in Miami Florida for a sky dive adventure that I still hold dear to my heart.
As a former police officer what it feels like to experience the adrenaline rush of being in a high speed chase; now… free-falling -which is the time you are falling without deploying the parachute- was a thrilling adrenaline rush and joyful experience.

What a sweet thrill, a full minute of Freefall from 13,500 ft! The wind pushing through my face and the earth coming at me as I floated down on freefall at about 180 mph. Doing spins and whirls! I experienced a delightful and awesome inner connection with All that Is. …and then the parachute deployed allowing me to experience a gentle glide through the wings of the wind feeling like a bird in the sky!
