It was my mother’s birthday this weekend. She is in her 60’s and looking good.
As I look at this picture…I think of how lucky I have been to watch my mother grow. Watched her transformation, her pain and her joy. I have watched how she’s handle challenges and pursued her dreams.
What makes my mom very special is her appreciation for the small things in life and I am blessed to be able to see life through her special lenses.
