Fourth year of doing our Seed Swaps.
The planning is similar to the planting of seeds…. you just never know what will come of the little seed. You can invite people, you just never know who will show up.
All you can do is hope for the best… and in that hoping keep joy in the heart.
Inviting strangers and hoping they will turn into friends… or should it be like: remembering that each stranger is a long lost friend?
We usually do Fall Seed Swaps this is our first Spring Seed Swap and … I didn’t realize that I had nothing to sell to raise funds for more seeds… the Winter held on to one last freeze and it took most of my plants with it. Fortunately a few made it through. My yucca cuttings are ready for planting.
Awkward stage when you are fumbling forward.
Thank God for friends a dreary planet this would be without them.
