How do you survive when life gets tough? Well, digging your heel down won’t get you anywhere, keep moving is my motto.
You can only tackle your problems the same as when you go for a walk…
one at a time….one step at a time.
Some of us are managing so many things at one time… I have discovered that by focusing on one problem I can tear it apart into manageable sections. When I do this I can see the different angles and ways of resolving it. This gives me a sense of hope and then my effort will go into handling one part of the problem which allows me to move into the next step.
You may want to try this. Eventually you will find that the worst is over.
Trying to tackle the whole problem can be daunting, depressing, frustrating and could drive you nuts! But you can handle small parts of any problem one day at a time.
Someone once asked me: ‘How do you eat an elephant?’ (I was baffled, because I had never eaten an elephant)- anyways – the answer: ‘one bite at a time’.
In any given moment all we can ever do is give our best effort don’t worry about tomorrow, it’s not here yet.
When ever you get a chance, postpone worry and live life.
Daisy Says: Let tomorrow take care of itself.
