What is True North? It’s about discovering our purpose. How do you find True North?
Our compass may shift many times during a lifetime and when we stay on purpose we maintain the thread connecting each experience, then the journey becomes an adventure rather than a series of unrelated successes, failures, and dormant periods.
When we hold passion and excitement in what we do, time becomes irrelevant.
If we don’t feel passion at this time…it’s okay…passion will come; passion will return. We are exactly where we need to be. It’s okay to stand still while keeping your face towards True North.
Remembering our own uniqueness is important… what we are today is an accumulation of external build-up. We can chip away at those parts of us that do not represent who we imagine ourselves to be by making an effort to evaluate our thoughts and choosing to replace the negative thoughts with more positive thoughts and experiences.
Thought always precedes action, keeping this in mind, to achieve change in the external we begin by changing how we think; gradually we will change how we feel- and how we feel is a change of our perception. It is so much easier to build up from ground zero and to do that we must bring back our beliefs to the core.
… and find our true North.
